## Description

The Therap iOS app provides HIPAA-compliant tools for Developmental Disabilities and LTSS to document shifts, collect service data, and reset passwords remotely. The Therap Chrome extension gives access to the same modules (T-Log, ISP Data, MAR, Scheduling/EVV) and password reset functionality for agency administrators. 

With the extension, users can submit shift notes or progress notes from their devices, capture time-stamped photos, attach GPS proof of service delivery, use electronic signatures, view schedules, check in/out, and leave comments after service delivery. Role-based access requires a Provider Administrator to enable modules and roles such as T-Log, MAR Data Update, and Mobile Scheduling.
