RecUp can record in the background and can be started via a link ("recup://record" URL scheme, also usable from within Shortcuts)

RecUp requires a Dropbox account. Sign up for a FREE Dropbox account at http://www.dropbox.com
Choose their "Basic" plan to get 2GB of Storage for free, select "Standard" or higher for paid plans.
