VerizonConnect Work Classic is field service management in the palm of your hand. A key component of the complete Fleetmatics Work solution, this app provides your employees with the tools to increase service, satisfaction and overall productivity when they are in the field.

The VerizonConnect Work app lets you:
 
• Help your field workers stay on top of jobs by giving them  new work assignments and job details.
• Track your time, including travel and when jobs start and finish.
• Capture and store customers’ signatures once jobs are complete.
• Create quotes instantly in the field.
• Give your drivers near real-time directions to the next job.
 
Please note: You must be an existing  VerizonConnect (aka Fleetmatics) Work customer to use this app.
