You could play a melody by practicing to control wheel & iPhone tilt.

 - Rotate your iPhone to clockwise or counterclockwise
   1oct per half rotation(counterclockwise 90deg, clockwise 90deg). Range: 1oct
 - Rotate big wheel in the screen
   1oct per half rotation. Range: 8oct
