R Intensive was developed as a result of "intensive" requests made by speech-language pathologists. Smarty Ears is aware of the high incidence of students seen for difficulties with the /r/ phoneme, and we have created the ultimate tool to address it.

Flashcards: Allows focused practice of the /r/ sound at the word, phrase, and sentence levels. Multiplayer mode seamlessly supports 1 to 4 players, tracking individual targets and rewards for each student as you swipe.

Matching Game: Beautifully designed 4x5 grids of premium game cards make working on your target /r/ a skill of memory and articulation. Supports 1 to 4 players per game.

Guess What Game: Students will have fun guessing which /r/ word is being described while practicing their articulation. If the description clue is ever too difficult, simply tap the card to reveal the hidden answer. Supports 1 to 4 players.
