## Description

Postcard App by SnapShot makes it easy to turn a photo into a real mailed postcard. In three simple steps you pick a photo, add a message and address, and send—the card is printed and mailed to the recipient.

A credit-based system powers sending. Premium members get a free postcard credit each month and jumbo cards cost the same as standard cards. Credits can be bought in Settings; payments include credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal. Cards can be ordered via the app or the site.

## Review summary

Reviewers consistently praise SnapShot for being easy to use, affordable, and producing good quality, printed postcards from personal photos. The app is valued for its speed, simplicity, and the ability to send to multiple recipients with minimal taps, and it remembers user details for future orders. However, recurring concerns include cards not arriving or not being sent, occasional refund issues, and occasional crashes when editing addresses. Some users also want a queue feature to send several cards at once. Overall, benefits outweigh issues for many, though reliability and stability improvements would help retain long-time users.

- Good quality printed postcards
- Very convenient and time-saving (no stamps, just a few taps; remembers details for next time)

- Helpful, responsive customer support when issues arise

### Cons

- Some postcards don’t arrive or aren’t delivered to recipients
- Refunds can be slow or not issued consistently when things go wrong
- Stability issues: occasional crashes when editing addresses
- No option to queue or batch-send multiple cards at once
- Delivery delays or misdelivery due to address/return-to-sender problems
