Based on ballet technique and movement, featuring the creative choreography of royal ballet dancer Or Kahlon. Innovative movement science designed to strengthen the core, tone muscles, and improve posture & flexibility. We train to create intelligent and intuitive movers. Classes are flow based and may incorporate strength and HIIT aspects. Expect a unique experience, a relatively fast paced and extremely efficient & effective workout.

In studio choose from: Group & Private Pilates Reformer, Pilates mat, barre, sculpt and yogalates

Or was the former soloist of the Royal Ballet of Spain and Nederlands Dans Theater. Or was the winner of the first season of So You Think You Can Dance, Israel. Or has mastered the Pilates technique and has been training celebrity clients globally for over 20 years.
