## Description

Vision is our free app for iPhone and Chrome that helps you pause and check before you act on anything that feels urgent.

Urgency is the trick. A caller who needs your bank details right now. A text from someone saying they're family. An email about an account you never opened. The pressure is the point — and the pause is yours.

Here is what Vision does:

Live Shield. If a phone call starts to feel like too much, Live Shield can step in and give you a moment to think, with a short checklist for deciding what to do next.

Detective. Paste in a message, an email or a phone number, and get a calm second opinion about what to do next. Detective is a second opinion, never a shield — you make the call.

Phone blocking. Turn on blocking for the numbers you never want to hear from again.

Workshops. Free, friendly sessions, online and in person, where you can practice the pause-and-check habit with other people. Nothing is sold at a Vision workshop.
