## Description

「健康隨行」是一款由香港復康會與香港教育大學心理系合作研發的手機應用程式。在香港，糖尿病和高血壓等慢性疾病日趨普遍和年輕化。運動和健康飲食是預防和控制這些疾病最有效的方法。大眾都明白健康生活習慣的重要性，但是知易行難，要改變長期形成的生活模式需要從動機著手。 

「健康隨行」的虛擬健康嚮導運用「動機訪談法」的心理輔導理論，通過每天的幾句對話，幫助用戶思考如何通過健康生活守護他們最珍視的東西，增強改變的決心。「健康隨行」旨在推動市民養成健康生活習慣，預防和控制慢性疾病，締造更健康的社會。
