Built for field crews and billing teams, the app makes it easier to capture job details as work happens and share complete, consistent information with your customers.

 - Track labor and equipment hours by job (requires OSS subscription) 
 - Track consumable materials used in the field (requires OSS subscription) 
 - Capture customer signatures (requires OSS subscription) 
 - Record route and location data using GPS tracking 
 - Reduce rework and billing delays 
 
Field crews capture ticket details once, at the source. Billing teams receive more complete information sooner, helping reduce back‑and‑forth with customers and speed up invoicing. 

OpenTicket is used by 165 buyers, making it easier to meet customer requirements and keep ticketing consistent across accounts.
