Die ID+ App unterstützt Patient*innen mit einem Immundefektsyndrom bei der Dokumentation Ihrer Immunglobulin-Behandlung. Detailangaben zu Medikament, Chargennummer, Dosierung und Infusionsstelle (optional auch mit Foto) können eingetragen werden, ebenso auftretende Infekte und deren Therapien, z.B. mit Antibiotika. Eine Terminerinnerung kann individuell eingerichtet werden. Es können ärztliche Kontaktdaten und Notfallkontakte gespeichert werden. Die App enthält zusätzlich nützliche Informationen zur Erkrankung und externe Links.

Bei Nutzung der ID+ App werden alle Daten, die eingeben werden, ausschließlich lokal auf dem Endgerät gespeichert und nicht weitergegeben. Die ID+ App verfügt über eine Funktion zum Generieren und Exportieren aller Daten in ein PDF Format, das zur Speicherung der Daten und zur Weitergabe genutzt werden kann. Die ID+ App ersetzt nicht die Beratung durch medizinisches Fachpersonal.
