## Description

时间舱是国内首个智慧信息权益保全存证的专业应用平台；是经原国家新闻出版广电总局机关服务局指导，由国家信息中心网络安全部、公安部第三研究所、国家市场监管总局认研中心、北京三信时代科技有限公司、北京领锋九霄科技有限公司等多家机构共同发起组建的“中国智权研究联合实验室”的研究转化成果。
时间舱通过提供实名登记、分布存储等服务，依托国家信息中心电子数据司法鉴定中心鉴证能力、“国信鉴证链”的存证能力及国家信息中心“政务CA”认证等安全体系支撑，运用哈希运算、电子签名及时间戳标记对智慧信息作品进行全方位固化保全，结合区块链技术进行多节点共识共存，并对存证个人或机构颁发《智慧信息作品保全证书》（包含作品存证编号、作品原文件哈希值、申请人身份信息和时间凭证等信息），全面提供智慧信息作品的智能化存证、固证、取证、溯源、交易、维权等功能。
时间舱应用多维度技术手段建立一套权威的知识产权确权认证体系，为智慧信息作品的确权开辟了一条经济高效、便捷绿色、安全可靠的登记保全服务通道，有效保障“数字知识资源”产权人的合法权益、降低智慧信息产权的维权成本、完善智慧信息产权的服务体系及塑造良好信息产业的营商环境。
