## Description

The Michigan State Firemen's Association has been serving Michigan firefighters since 1875.

The Michigan State Firemen’s Association was formed in 1875 as a means for firefighters to share experiences, to learn from each other, and to socialize. The MSFA is proud to represent the Michigan fire service and be a service provider to the needs of firefighter’s by being a distributor of fire service training manuals and books, providing training opportunities with our Spring Fire School, Fall Fire School and National Fire Academy “Michigan Weekend” in Emmitsburg, Maryland. We also offer line of duty death services through our L.A.S.T. Team and funeral kits. Our Executive Board Members and Past Presidents also serve as an advocate with many states.
