The Libra rating system is very flexible
• Supports any number of teams
• Supports different numbers of players per team
• Supports different team and player sizes across matches

The current rating system is a poor fit for some games
• Those that include draws
• Those where players can change teams during a match
• Those where some teams are systematically advantaged

The rating system used by Libra is based on TrueSkill, which models the skills of players as a Gaussian. The ratings in the app are displayed using three numbers, which represent the lower bound, mean, and upper bound of the Gaussian, where the bounds are set three standard deviations away from the mean.
