* Watch videos on some common mental health problems faced by the youth
* Learn self-help strategies to improve your mental well-being
* Chat with the Peer support volunteers on your campus to seek support from them
* Get access to Mental Health Professionals in your city
* Track your mood on a daily basis to build awareness of your emotions.

This App is also not a diagnostic tool. It only provides information regarding your current mental state. If you want to get a diagnosis, kindly visit a Psychiatrist as only they are qualified to assess you.

This App is currently available only for a few Colleges in Chennai ( D.G Vaishnav College, Guru Nanak College and Chevalier T. Thomas Elizabeth College). In addition to that, this App is also available for students who are service users of Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF, India). Students who are not a part of any of these setups will not be able to use the App at the moment.
