## Description

To appreciate the Empower Workshop Productivity & Scheduling App and the Empower Phone App view www.empowersoftware.co.nz .   The Empower web site will outline in detail the jobbing manufacturing and jobbing engineering industry use of both Apps.  On the workshop floor workshop staff access Empower Software on 20 inch touch screens and job status and job times are reported to management in the offices in real time.  Real time reporting of job status and job times of each and all staff is presented on 50 inch TV screens in office and workshop.  On site staff, including installers and other site workers primarily use cell phones and the Empower Phone App to access their job list and start and finish their jobs.  The primary benefit of Empower Workshop Productivity and Scheduling is to reduce manufacturers and engineers time on jobs by 20% to 40%+ therefore reduce their labour cost on jobs by 20% to 40%+, this will conservatively increase annual profit by 60%. 

The Empower Software Phone App has following functionality for individual staff workers to use their cell phones to: 

1          log onto their job list and receive and view their Jobs and priorities 

2          view the budgeted time for the next Task and Start the Task (to commence the time recording on the Task) 

3          view the actual and budgeted time when the Task is completed, so staff can view, monitor and maintain their own time on jobs performance 

4          receive photographs and files from management.  Send photographs to management 

5          GPS location reporting of staff 

All the above recording and reporting is in real time – viewable to all management and administration staff
