EMDR Assist+ is the first iOS application offering an “emergency” EMDR protocol, which allows management of the psychological suffering caused by a difficult and recent life event.

* The application is based on the implementation of the URG-EMDR protocol (Tarquinio et al., 2012), which shows encouraging results in the management of psychological distress.
