## Description

加压运动离线版，是一种提高人体常规体育锻炼活动和康复活动效率，同时降低风险的运动方法，也称血流限制运动。需将专业的可穿戴充气式加压设备佩戴在上肢或下肢的根部，通过对肢体施加一定的压力，适度控制血液循环，并在这种状态下进行低强度运动的方法，也可只让佩戴的设备工作而不运动。与常规锻炼方式相比，锻炼者使用的阻力更小，练习效率更高，收拾风险更低。支持设备离线操作，优化用户体验。
本APP根据使用者个人身体信息，自动生成个性化的加压体能、康复训练和放松活动方案。plus版可控制最新型设备，在首次APP设置练习方案后，设备可自动执行该方案。
