## Description

Quiddy helpt jongvolwassenen om te stoppen met roken. De app matcht jou met iemand die dezelfde doelen of valkuilen heeft. Dat kan anoniem, of met iemand die je kent. Via de chat kun je elkaar helpen als het moeilijk wordt. Als je even niet weet waar je over moet praten, kun je grappige of serieuze stellingen versturen om je buddy beter te leren kennen. Als je zin krijgt om te roken, kun je via de noodknop je buddy’s inschakelen. Via deze knop kun je ook in contact komen met een professional die je kan adviseren. Of je kunt een online spelletje spelen om je af te leiden. De app geeft informatie over verschillende manieren om te stoppen met roken en tips. De app houdt bij hoeveel dagen je gestopt ben, en hoeveel geld je bespaard hebt. Hiermee kun je badges verdienen! Ook kun je je eigen motivatie toevoegen die je eraan herinnert waarom je wil stoppen met roken.
