## Description

ViaLynk by Lynkwell makes charging your EV fast and reliable. Use your device location to discover nearby charging stations in real time, monitor your session, and manage your account - all in one streamlined experience.

See station availability, pricing, and when someone last used a charger. There's no pre-pay: save a payment method and be charged monthly or when you reach a defined threshold. You can report blocked or broken stations to help others, and access an integrated Help Center with answers from EV experts. Vehicle State of Charge (SoC) is available on select chargers and may not display everywhere.

- Poor UX at chargers and in-app: insufficient prompts, confusing flow, buggy/clunky
- Reliability issues: chargers stop charging mid-session, many locations report outages or non-functional units
- Weak customer support: unhelpful or hard-to-reach support with delayed callbacks
- Location and labeling problems: chargers not shown on maps, mislabeled station numbers, mismatched IDs between app and chargers
