## Description

SweetTree Carer is the companion app for SweetTree Connect home-care professionals. During each visit, carers review the client's daily plan, record developmental-goal scores with structured guidance, log monitored events, and complete the visit — with alerts pushed straight to their phone so nothing is missed.

• Record SOMA 1–5 goal scores with structured, level-by-level guidance
• Log monitored events — tallies, yes/no checks, numeric readings, and a shift diary
• Mandatory-event checks before a visit can be completed
