Welcome to Cotality Valuation Assist - a tool for Residents of a property to assist a Valuer with doing a Property Valuation Report as quickly as possible.

This app will take you step-by-step through a simple set of questions and a walkthrough of of various rooms and areas so that the valuer can get a complete view without having to step onto the property - resulting in less interruption and faster turnarounds.
