## Description

**Yogger: Movement Analysis** uses video and markerless 3D motion analysis to measure joint angles, range of motion (ROM), joint paths, symmetry, and movement quality from a mobile device. Record a movement or upload an existing video, then review it frame by frame or in slow motion with automatic body landmark tracking, measurement overlays, annotations, voice feedback, and side-by-side comparisons.

Designed for physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, coaches, fitness professionals, and athletes, Yogger supports rehabilitation, mobility testing, return-to-play assessments, sports performance, and technique coaching. Complete movement screenings such as squats, lunges, posture, and joint mobility assessments, track progress over time, and generate professional PDF reports with measurements, scores, notes, images, and movement summaries.

## Review summary

Yogger is strong for motion analysis and coaching, featuring accurate AI tracking, intuitive assessments, and helpful progress reporting. It excels at recording/reviewing movement with clear visuals for various clients. A key recurring drawback is the inability to adjust the recording frame rate beyond 30 fps, despite higher rates being advertised, along with occasional reliability notes. Overall, it’s a powerful, affordable movement analysis tool with room for FPS flexibility and stability improvements.

### Pros

- Accurate motion analysis and AI joint tracking for clear, actionable feedback.
- Intuitive, easy-to-use movement assessments that work well for clinicians and coaches.
- Helps with coaching and clinical progress tracking, including professional-looking progress reports.
- Reliable video recording and review with useful visuals for gait, posture, and form analysis.
- Free version provides access to core features and offers good value for therapists and students.

### Cons

- Frame rate is fixed at 30 fps with no user-adjustable higher rates (advertised 120/240 fps not accessible); potential reliability concerns with frame-by-frame angle predictions.
