■ Time your study
A Pomodoro timer that repeats "25 min focus, 5 min break" in sets. Add a long break after each set, save your own Pomo Presets, and let Auto flow start each break and Pomodoro for you. Skip setup with the stopwatch, or use a saved timer for fixed blocks like a practice test.

■ Focus Lock
While you focus, only apps you allow will open. The lock lifts during breaks.

■ Records & stats
Give each session a focus score, then spot patterns in a 24-hour timeline, daily/weekly/monthly stats, and time by subject.

■ D-Day countdown
See the days left until your exam whenever you open the app.

■ Together
Sign in, set up a private space with a few friends, and see each other focus. Leave quiet cheers. No leaderboards, just the feeling of studying side by side.
