UOK turns a simple daily habit—stopping your alarm—into an effortless safety check-in.
If the alarm isn’t stopped, a “Not Confirmed” alert is automatically sent to the person you chose in advance.

UOK is built around two principles: simple and non-invasive.
It does not require always-on GPS sharing, and it’s designed to deliver reassurance without tracking your daily life.

How it works (3 steps)
	1	Set an alarm (your usual wake-up time is fine)
	2	Add people who check in on you (family, friends, coworkers, etc.)
	3	Each morning, just stop the alarm
	•	Stopped = “I’m okay” signal
	•	Not stopped = “Not Confirmed” notification

What you can do
	•	Daily safety check-in via alarm dismissal (easy to keep up)
	•	Not Confirmed alerts sent automatically if the alarm isn’t stopped
