## Description

HaFit is a health and fitness Chrome extension that measures and records real-time workout data, providing weekly and monthly trend charts for easy monitoring. It also tracks sleep, detailing deep and light sleep durations, and visualizes cycling and running results for a clear view of your activity. When paired with a wearable, HaFit offers personalized features such as call reminders, smart alarms, sedentary prompts, and step tracking. It can sync data to Apple Health to unify your health metrics across apps. 

Note: After authorizing, you can sync steps, calories, and distance to the Health app. Using GPS in the background may impact battery life.
