## Description

**QuickScan Book Leveler** helps teachers, reading specialists, and parents organize books and match readers with just-right titles. Scan a barcode to quickly view AR/ATOS, Lexile, Guided Reading/F&P, DRA, grade-level equivalents, interest levels, AR Points, and word count. The app identifies which levels are looked up and which are estimated.

Save and search scan history, filter books, and create shareable classroom library lists with CSV and PDF exports. QuickScan works offline after the initial lookup, syncs your library across iPhone, iPad, and Mac with iCloud, and includes a Home Screen widget for fast scanning. Free daily scans are included, with an upgrade available for unlimited scanning. No ads and no student data collection.

## Review summary

Overview of reviews: The app is praised for time savings, ease of use, and usefulness for teachers and parents. However, persistent issues include an incomplete book database, inaccurate level results, daily limits on the free tier, problematic subscription experiences and pricing, and a lack of history-saving features, along with occasional glitches. When functioning, it’s powerful for leveling, but reliability and data persistence need improvement.
