BMI Calculator & Tracker turns a single number into something you can act on.

Enter your weight and, if you like, your waist. The app shows your BMI with the standard WHO categories, the healthy weight range for your height, and exactly how far you are from it in kilograms or pounds. It also estimates your resting energy (BMR) and daily maintenance calories from your age, sex, height and activity level using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation.

Every calculation is saved. Progress shows your latest measurements, the change over the last month, and a chart of weight, BMI or waist over 30 days, 90 days, a year or all time, with a moving average once you have enough entries. Edit or delete any entry.

What it measures
• BMI with categories: underweight, healthy, overweight, obesity class I, II and III
• Healthy BMI weight range for your height
• Distance above or below that range
• Waist-to-height ratio with risk bands
• BMR and estimated maintenance calories

Designed to be honest
BMI is a screening measure, not a diagnosis. The app says so, and explains where BMI misreads: muscular people, older adults, pregnant users and children. Waist-to-height ratio is included because BMI cannot tell where weight sits.

No account. No server. Your measurements stay on your phone. Clear them any time from Profile.

Ads and the ad-free option
The free version shows an occasional interstitial ad. A single one-time purchase removes ads permanently and restores on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. No subscription.
