After downloading the RGA app, sign in with your existing account or create an account at accessrga.com using the member ID number found on your card. With the RGA app, you'll now have access to helpful tools such as:
• Find an in-network provider or hospital: Take the guesswork out of finding a doctor, hospital, or clinic in your plan's network. 
• Claims and benefits: Check the status of open claims and view yearly deductibles, copays, and out-of-pocket maximums for the entire family.
• Digital ID card: Never leave home without your member ID card again!
• Message Center: Send and receive secure messages to and from our dedicated Customer Care team 
• Click to Call: Get connected to our Customer Care team at the touch of a button
• Connect to other services and discounts offered by your plan

You can use our mobile app or online portal 24/7 to quickly and easily find information about your claims, coverage, and connect with all of your benefit services.
