## Description

MijnSG is het patiëntenportaal van Spaarne Gasthuis. Het geeft patiënten online toegang tot medische gegevens, maakt afspraken, bekijkt onderzoeksuitslagen en stuurt berichten naar het zorgteam, allemaal vanuit huis.

Inloggen gebeurt snel en veilig met DigiD en sms-controle of via de DigiD app. De app kan koppelen aan Apple Health en biedt uitgebreide mogelijkheden zoals berichten sturen, vragenlijsten invullen, uitslagen inzien, afspraken beheren, beeldbellen, en het delen van dossiers met naasten, medicijnen beheren en herhaalrecepten aanvragen.
