## Review summary

User reviews are mixed to negative. Recurring downsides include slow performance, crashes, a cluttered and error-prone interface, and regression after updates. Cost and support quality are also common concerns. Some users report stability gains, better navigation, and workflow integration in newer versions, noting the app is an improvement over earlier releases, but it still struggles to meet the speed and simplicity demanded in clinical environments.

### Pros

- Stability and performance have improved with recent updates, making navigation feel smoother.
- Good integration with clinical workflows and supports efficient patient documentation.
- Overall improvements over prior versions and ongoing updates appear to be addressing some issues.
- Customization options for layout and UI allow clinicians to tailor the app to their preferences.

### Cons

- Slowness, crashes, and unreliable performance across devices; frequent loading delays and force quits.
- Cumbersome, cluttered UI with too many clicks; difficult to quickly find critical information.
- Updates frequently introduce new problems or regressions, reducing usability.
- Monthly subscription cost vs. perceived value in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Friendliness and effectiveness of tech support appear limited, making issue resolution slow.
