## Description

Here is a free, anonymous emotional support app for teens aged 13–19. It provides a safe space where teens can share what’s on their mind and receive support from trained Teen Advisors who understand what it’s like to be a teen today. Teens can post about everyday stress, emotions, and challenges such as school pressure, friendships, relationships, and anxiety.

How it works: Teens submit anonymous posts; trained Teen Advisors respond with empathy; responses are available daily between 5–10 PM PT; the goal is to respond within 24 hours. Only Teen Advisors respond; you can browse topics and read how others navigated similar experiences. Teen Advisors are supervised by mental health professionals. This app provides emotional support and peer connection, not professional therapy or crisis services. If you’re interested in becoming a Teen Advisor, visit hereapp.org.
