## Description

HealthToCale is an iPhone app that lets you view Apple health records in your calendar.
(The app works only on iPhones that provide Apple Health Kit.)

◉ Import Apple Health Records to Calendar Events
• Import Apple health records and automatically create calendar events based on the time of that data.

◉ Check health records based on time on the calendar
• It's easy to see when you've recorded your health based on time, just like checking other events on your calendar.
• You can view your health records in daily, weekly, and monthly views of your calendar.
• Various exercise, sleep, and drinking apps provide various statistics, but it is difficult to check the time standards for all health records per day, week, and month. With this app, you can easily check your workout schedule on your calendar.

◉ View health records in the calendar like other events
• You can check your sleep, exercise, drinking water, and blood sugar records like any other schedule.

◉ Each health record can be integrated into the calendar without opening the app.
• Automatically recorded health records such as hand washing, exercise, and sleep can be viewed in the calendar app without opening the Apple Health app or exercise app.

◉ Select period to import (premium function)
• You can choose how long to bring from Apple Health.
• Free users can import data from 1 week before installation. Data for future use can still be imported.

◉ Select Apple health data and sources to import
• Choose what data to import, such as exercise, sleep handwashing, water, caffeine, mindfulness, and noise alerts.
• For each piece of data, you can choose from which source to import.

◉ Select and change calendar to save
• You can select and change the calendar you want to save, so you can distinguish it from other calendars in the calendar.

◉ Select to display emoji in the event title
• You can automatically add emoji in front of event titles, such as exercise type, sleep, hand washing, etc.

◉ Import automatically when opening the app (premium function)

◉ Set screen style
• Light mode, dark mode, and automatic settings can be set depending on the device.

◉ Free
• In the free version, the advertisement is displayed on the main screen, and you can use it after viewing the advertisement when importing.
• You can use functions other than premium functions.

◉ Premium
You can remove ads and use premium features. Premium features are only available to users who have purchased a subscription or lifetime pass. Here are the premium features:
• Ad removal
• Select period to import
• Automatically imported when the app is opened

◉ Support
If you have any inquiries or suggestions, please send them through Settings> App Information> Contact Us in the app and we will respond as soon as possible.

## Review summary

Users praise the app for reliably transferring health data to the calendar and saving time, with a simple, intuitive workflow and clean data presentation. However, common drawbacks include lack of features (especially cycle tracking), frequent syncing/permission issues with Apple Health, and frustrating premium pricing and refund problems. The free version’s ads and occasional iOS compatibility problems also detract from the experience. Overall, it delivers on its core promise for many, but stability, feature breadth, and pricing remain frequent concerns.

### Pros

- Fulfills its core purpose by transferring health data to the calendar and saves users time.
- Easy to use with a simple, intuitive workflow for logging health items into the calendar.
- Data is stored in a clean, calendar-friendly format that's easy to navigate.
- Privacy-friendly handling of data and responsive developer support (quick bug fixes).
- Allows logging and amending workouts/notes directly in the calendar.

### Cons

- Lacks essential features (notably cycle tracking) / not enough functionality.
- Premium pricing is high, with billing and refund issues reported by users.
- Free version is limited and shows ads, interrupting the import process.
- Sync issues with Apple Health and permissions: app won’t sync or won’t allow health data access.
- Compatibility problems after iOS updates (e.g., iOS 17.2) causing the app to stop working.
