设备管理：通过设备基础信息，设备使用过程中的维修、保养、巡检等工作以及设备相关的合同、供应商等信息管理，全面实现医院设备全生命周期管理。
维修管理：包含维修中的报修、受理、派工、审核、维修、回访等过程管理。
服务中心：通过建立信息枢纽中心设备维修/维护呼叫中心平台，接收报修单、并进行派单、回访等工作，同时实现对所有医院工单进度的后台监控。
