OpalAi - ScanTo3D & Floorplan combines a LiDAR-based capture app with cloud AI to rapidly generate accurate 3D CAD models and labeled floorplans of a property. No tape measures, no notebooks, and no moving furniture—just walk the space and let the app build precise floor plans and GLA.

Files can be uploaded to the cloud and exported in multiple formats (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, FBX, DFX). ANSI-compliant floor plans with GLA are available for architects and appraisers, with easy access to CAD or floorplans via cloud sharing.
