MyRXNT is the official RXNT Patient Portal extension, bringing your health information and care team into your browser. Manage your entire healthcare journey from one secure app: schedule appointments, send messages to your doctor, view test results, pay bills, sign documents, upload insurance cards, and access prescription savings.

Important details: you must have an existing RXNT Patient Portal account linked to your provider. Use the same login as the desktop portal. Features vary by provider, and help is available through RXNT support resources. The extension is free for patients registered at participating practices.
