## Description

SMART Chief GO connects to your vessel's SMART Spider automation server, giving marine engineers live access to alarms, equipment and system status from an iPhone or iPad — on board over the ship's Wi-Fi, or from ashore over the internet.

Features:
• Real-time alarm monitoring with category filtering (Unacknowledged, Acknowledged, Blocked, Auto-Blocked)
• Equipment control — pumps, valves, fans and compressors, with live status
• Vessel data pages — tanks, engines, power management and GPS position, laid out from your vessel's own configuration
• Favourites — search every tag on the vessel and organise them into your own folders
• Trending — pinch to zoom and pan, ranges from 5 minutes to 7 days, with Now, Min, Max and Average
• Connections — browse serial lines and I/O channels
• Dashboard with ship info, alarm summary and quick navigation
• Role-based access (User, Crew, Chief, Smart Automation)
• Secure HTTPS communication via stunnel
• Dark and light theme support
• Multi-language support (English, Norwegian)
• Built-in demo mode — explore the app without a server connection

Safety:
Equipment control and alarm silencing are available only while your device is connected on the vessel's own network. A connection from ashore is read-only, so machinery cannot be operated from off board.

Requirements:
• SMART Spider automation server on board the vessel (or use demo mode to explore)
• Network connection to the Spider server (Wi-Fi / LAN on board, or internet from ashore)
• Vessel data pages and tag search require Spider v2 on board

This app is designed for professional use by marine engineers and crew operating SMART Automation control systems. It requires an active SMART Spider server to function in live mode.
