HOW IT WORKS
1) Set the timer to your exam length (e.g. 100 min)
2) Set the real time a bit shorter (e.g. 95 min)
3) The screen counts down from 100:00, but actually finishes in 95 real minutes
4) Your body learns to finish early — in the real exam, you get spare time for answer sheets
