## Description

Tulip’s Runner App connects retail store associates with backroom employees to retrieve products without leaving the customer’s side.

With Tulip’s Runner App, store associates can search in-store inventory and request items to be delivered by a runner to a specific location in the store, all without leaving the customer or interrupting customer engagement.

Key Features

Request Management as an Associate
Create a request from the product catalog, select an in-store destination, add an optional note, make edits if necessary, and view progress.

Request Management as a Runner
Review and accept requests, locate requested items, and deliver items to requesters.

Push Notifications
Receive alerts for new requests, changes to existing requests, and status changes for in-progress requests. Nudge runners if a request is taking too long.

Manager Controls
Oversee store operations with a bird’s-eye view, configure drop-off locations, and view runner statistics to gain insights into in-store inventory accuracy.

Kiosk Mode
To accommodate higher volumes of requests, retailers can enable all associates in the store to become a Runner with a kiosk mode for quick pick-ups.
