## Review summary

Overall, reviewers say TFI Go is not practical for visitors in Ireland. The app is cluttered with dozens of operators and routes, making it hard to know what to buy. Many routes aren’t available for purchase, and drivers often don’t recognize or accept online tickets. Activation and validity rules are unclear and sometimes conflicting. The app is slow, hard to navigate, and prone to glitches like duplicate charges or missing tickets. In short, it’s unreliable for most travelers, except perhaps for users who already know the exact route and operator.

### Pros

- It can work if you know the exact bus route and operator.

### Cons

- Not useful for tourists; not user-friendly for typical travelers.
- Too many operators and routes to choose from; hard to know who runs what.
- Tickets often not accepted by bus drivers; drivers may not recognize the app.
- Activation/validity rules are unclear and sometimes conflicting.
- The app is slow, hard to navigate, and prone to glitches (duplicate charges, missing tickets).
