hiToco® is an interactive, digital parenting programme that aims to empower you to play an active role in your child's ADHD treatment, take steps to positively influence your child's development and well-being, as well as manage everyday family life with your child, and reduce your own stress.

Designed specifically for parents/guardians of children aged 4–11 with a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), your training plan is tailored individually to your needs. The comprehensive support tools can actively help you put this into practice in your daily life.
