## Description

The YEEDI Chrome Extension is the official companion app for yeedi robot vacuum products, bringing remote control and live cleaning data to your browser. Monitor status, power, errors, cleaning logs, and accessory usage; switch modes for whole-house, rooms, or targeted areas; adjust vacuum power and water level; and view and edit the live cleaning map in real time.

Advanced features include scheduled cleaning, room-based customization, OMNI station integration, and a range of cleaning preferences. Note that not all features are available on every model; consult the product manual for specifics. Official store: search for 'yeedi robot' on online shopping platforms. ## Review summary

Users praise the Yeedi vacuum hardware and initially available features, such as remote control, mapping, scheduling, and zones. However, the iOS app is repeatedly unstable, crashes on launch or during use, and often loses its connection or unpairs, forcing re‑pairing and remapping. Map data and cleaning history are frequently lost after updates. Connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi/offline, data submission errors) and login/access problems (locked out, failed password recovery) are common. Privacy concerns about location access also appear. While the hardware is strong, the app reliability and account access require urgent fixes.

### Pros

- Strong robot hardware with effective cleaning performance.
- Original app features include mapping, zones, and scheduling.
- Supports managing multiple Yeedi vacuums from one app.
- Remote control and status monitoring via the app when functioning.

### Cons

- App crashes and becomes unstable (crashes on launch or during use).
- Frequent disconnections and unpairing, with maps and zones getting reset or deleted.
- Maps and cleaning history often disappear or become unusable after updates.
- Connectivity problems: Wi‑Fi failures, offline status, and data submission errors.
- Account access problems: locked out or login/password reset not delivered.
