设备模块 : 实现云端设备台账，设备完好率实时呈现，运行参数无缝对接，实时掌控设备运行状态和全生命周期。
维保模块：提前预置维保作业和操作规范，NFC技术杜绝造假，全年计划随时调整，维保情况实时统计追踪，保障维保计划完整落实。
能源模块：实现自动和手动两种抄表方式，自动计算能源费用，结合温度、湿度、预算形成数据分析时时报表，并可自定义统计各层级能耗及费用。
巡检模块：单点支持多个工科，NFC打点防止人为造假，离线巡检无需担心网络状况，可支持预防性巡检，巡视问题随时呈现。
库管模块：打通维修、维保模块，配件使用实时跟踪，多库房分类别入库，便于记录和查询，提前设置备件量，库存不足实时预警。
