It combines Apple RoomPlan with RoomScan Brick Mode for LiDAR devices and Touch Mode to work in dim lighting on any device, plus compatibility with Bosch and Leica Bluetooth laser measures. It exports to a wide range of formats including PNG, PDF, DXF (CAD), IFC, Xactimate ESX, OBJ, PLY, and more, making it ideal for surveys, design, and construction workflows.

Automatically measures ceiling height and wall area, and can help assess heat loss parameters. Capture photos and type or dictate notes directly onto the plan, then see them automatically positioned on the layout. Annotate plans with Apple Pencil for precise markups. The app can also scan exterior structures and plots, supporting contractors, surveyors, appraisers, and property professionals. Available via a monthly auto-renewing subscription with standard iTunes terms.
