## Description

Pace helps runners set targets and plan splits. Enter a target finish time or pace, instantly convert between pace and speed, and see projected finish times across distances from 400m to 100 miles.

Plan even, negative, or positive splits, add custom distances in meters, kilometers, or miles, and switch between miles and kilometers. Use quick sliders or manual pace entry, and use Pace on Apple Watch with Digital Crown support for on-the-go training.

## Review summary

Users love Pace for its ultra-simple, easy-to-use pacing tool and its versatility for running and cycling. It provides clear, quick pace/time guidance without subscriptions, and includes convenient unit switching. However, several reviews call out the need for more distance customization and non-standard options (such as 3k or track-specific distances). Some users also request optional prints of partials. Overall, it's a lightweight, effective pacing aid with room to grow in distance configurability.

### Pros

- Very simple, straightforward UI that is easy to use for pacing.
- Versatile for pacing across activities (running, cycling, treadmill coaching, cross-country).
- Helps plan pace to beat goals; useful for races and training.
- Unit switching is quick and convenient (long-press to toggle metric/imperial).
- Core pacing features feel lightweight and don’t require subscriptions.

### Cons

- Distance options are limited; cannot add custom distances and non-standard distances (e.g., 3k) aren’t supported.
