## Review summary

Users repeatedly report a flawed voting and hearts system, frequent login issues across providers, and concerns about fairness and fraud in voting. Stability problems (blocking features, search/login failures) and opaque rule changes further erode trust. While the app aims to enable fan voting for K-pop idols, reliability and transparency appear to be major obstacles.

### Pros

- Core voting/heart-based system as the central feature for idol support.
- Fan-engagement platform designed for K-pop award voting.
- Attempts to provide multiple login options to ease access (as seen with Google login).

### Cons

- Hearts/voting system is unreliable: purchased hearts don’t credit properly and daily max limits are unclear or reset after voting.
- Login integration is inconsistent: issues with Naver, Facebook, Apple logins requiring manual access or failing entirely.
- Allegations of fraud and unfair voting: reports of abnormal vote counts and mid-campaign rule changes undermine trust.
- App stability and access issues: blocking of the second-day assistance, repeated login/search problems, and general functionality glitches.
- Content/rule fairness concerns: artists’ eligibility and use of images, plus rule changes that feel arbitrary or misleading and encourage spending.
