## Description

ระบบการคัดกรองผู้ป่วยเบื้องต้น และ ระบบคัดกรองและประเมินภาวะทุพโภชนาการ (Screening & Assessment) โดยระบบรองรับการทำงานตั้งแต่การคัดกรองผู้ป่วย การแจ้งเตือน รวมถึงการติดตามผลการประเมินของผู้ป่วยอย่างเป็นระบบ ระบบจะประกอบด้วยส่วนของการพัฒนาโปรแกรมที่ใช้งานบนสมาทโฟน (Mobile Application) รองรับการติดตามผลการประเมิน  โดยระบบสามารถรองรับการทำงานได้ดังต่อไปนี้
1. สามารถคัดกรองเบื้องต้น (Screening) และ ตรวจคัดกรองและประเมินภาวะทุพโภชนาการ(Assessment) ตามมาตราฐานที่ทางสถาบันมะเร็งแห่งชาติกำหนด ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และใช้งานง่าย 
2. สามารถแสดงรายชื่อผู่ป่วย (Patients List) เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทำการคัดกรองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
3. แจ้งข่าวสาร (News) สามารถแสดงข่าวสารต่างๆได้  
4. สามารถแจ้งเตือน (Notification) กรณีที่มีผู้ป่วยที่จะต้องได้รับการคัดกรอง กับเจ้าหน้าที่ได้
5. ระบบสามารถแนะนำอาหารให้กับนักโภชนาการ หรือ ผู้ป่วย (Intervention) ระบบสามารถนำผลการประเมิน มาประมวลผลเป็นเมนูอาหารที่เหมาะสมกับผู้ป่วยตามมาตราฐานของทางสถาบันมะเร็งแห่งชาติได้
