## Description

## UNJSPF Digital CE

A Chrome extension that digitizes the Certificate of Entitlement process for UNJSPF retirees and beneficiaries across more than 190 countries. It uses facial biometrics, a liveness check, and geolocation to securely submit a Digital CE to a blockchain, enabling faster, paperless eligibility verification. All user data is stored in UN Privileges and Immunity protected data centres, with no cloud-based processing.

A paper CE option remains for retirees/beneficiaries who cannot or prefer not to use the app, and the two-track system helps include both cohorts in the digital process.
