My Health Planner securely connects you with your care team, offering private messaging that is as easy as texting while remaining HIPAA-compliant. It helps you stay in control of your health and understand what to do to feel your best.

In addition to messaging, you can set medication reminders and track your daily steps and overall progress. The app is free for eligible members with an access code from your care team and prioritizes privacy. If you need help signing up, please call the number on the back of your member ID card.
