● Have more meaningful conversations about your well-being with your loved ones using the app's built-in text chat.

● Use the Aura Overlay to see a live, at-a-glance summary of your health and wellness information while you communicate with your loved ones and members of your care circle.

● Track how you’re feeling by logging symptoms in the app’s Diary feature.

● Create sleep and activity goals to help you and your loved ones track your progression over time.

● Generate your 7-day and 30-day averages to monitor improvements in your resting heart rate, breathing, heart rate variability, body temperature, steps, and sleep duration over time
